Project Overview

Mr. Giovanni Miniati, from Guess, Italy, contacted the Zabin Group about recreating a sample charm, in the shape of a lipstick tube. The process required development of four way die cast tooling, to produce the exact shape of the lip stick charm. The metal charm was then put through a number of plating and enameling processes, to achieve the desired effect.

After some finishing revisions, the product was approved and put into production. The development of this charm did not pose a great number of challenges to Zabin, due to the excellent sample provided by Guess, Italy. The challenges came in hitting the Guess, Italy quality standards, and adhering to the costing guidelines. The item, itself is special and we are pleased that Guess, Italy chose us to support them in this project.
